Elder C in the ATL

Hey guys! This week has been soo sweet.    This week, I went on 2 exchanges😹 I first went with an elder in my apartment, Elder Ndiweni. It was so fun. We knocked a house that was used in Stranger Things. It was Steve Harrington's house. No one answered, so we knocked the neighbors. They don't answer either. BUT, someone comes out of Steve's house, so we rush over there and invite him to church. He says no, so I do some small thing ab Stranger Things. Then I ask if THE POOL that Barb was taken from is in the backyard. He said YES. Then I ask if I can go look. THEN HE SAYS YES. So Elder Ndiweni and I go and take pics of it, then the guys said, "FYI, this ain't even my house" gulp. What? We finish taking pics, then we go to the front of the house again, and the owner is there. He told us that we got lucky bc he wouldn't let anyone go back there. Hey guys! This week has been INSANE. To start the week: We had an amazing lesson with our friend Jason. He started the lesson by asking when he could get baptized. It shocked us because we thought he was gonna need time. So we told him that he could get baptized on Sunday, but it would mean meeting with us every day! AND THAT'S WHAT WE DID. But first, we realized that he doesn't live in our area OR our stake. So we made so many calls. It was Insane. But they told us that we would have to get the first presidency approval for him to get baptized in our ward. So basically, we just got him to go to the Atlanta Ward. He totally understood and went to church there yesterday! He's so lit. AND HE'S GETTING BAPTIZED DECEMBER 14TH Also, this week, I went on an exchange with Elder Radmacher! Hey guys! This week has been sooo good! Transfers were this week, Elder Harden and I stayed in Jonesboro! It's gonna be a good transfer.    Exchanges:   This week I got to go on a Exchange for the second time with my banger MTC comp, Elder Burbidge. It was so cool seeing the differences in each other and how much we grew. It was so lit. We reminisced on the good Ole times. #MissYou16D   Him and I taught our Tuesday night gospel class. It was definitely the best lesson of the transfer. We had so many friends there and everyone participated. The spirit was so strong in that room.    But the fun can't last forever. He got transfered to Cedartown😪   Church:   WOWOWOOWOWOW Church was so awesome. We had 10 of our friends there! They all went to their classes and participated! Hey guys! This week started off rocky, but we finished on top🤴   I started off the week with another exchange with Elder Thacker. This time, I went to his area. It was really fun! We went to Lovejoy Donuts because their new member works there! It was bomb to see him. We also ate at this buss restaurant called "That Burger Spot" shoutout Elder Rasmussen for giving the suggestion. It was so good🤤   At our church, we lead a Tuesday night study. It's for everyone to come, and we just teach one of the discussions. At the beginning of the transfer, it was hard to get people to join, but on Tuesday, we had 6 people attend!🕺   On Thursday, we were weekly planning for our next week. When I looked at our numbers (KIs), they were so low. So I talked with Elder Harden, and we just locked in for the rest of the week. Idrk why we weren't teaching them first contact. Wsp, guys!   Sorry I didn't send an email out last week. Last Monday was crazy bc we were carving pumpkins and playing Gaga Ball.    This week has been so boss. I first went on an exchange with Elder Thacker. That was good! It got cut short bc I had to drive Elder Harden to Conyers for a little meeting with the law.    After we got home from Conyers, all the elders went out to eat together. The service mission in the ward also joined us. We had some buss Mexican food😀   A member in the ward is getting married this weekend so we are helping them with set up and she also invited us to the reception🤪 So we finna eat some good Hatian Food🍴   On Saturday, we had our Ward Fall Festival! We had our friends come, and she brought her baby daddy too. He seemed to enjoy it. We also judged the chili. Sketch.
