Thought to send an email before pday activities start type stuff. This week was good! Same type of missionary work. Same tacobell run for krispy kreme. All good stuff
This week in atl there is cheer nationals. So on Marta you will just see a flash mob of cheerleaders coming out of the train. I lwk feel bad for them bc the homeless ppl keep asking then for money. But that's kinda out fault because when the homeless people ask if my comp and I have money, I just point to them and say they probably have more. Then the cheer people just stand there and wave them off.
We had a really cool lesson with our new friend Jay. We were knocking around our lesson then she opened the door then I just casually whip out a Plan of Salvation pamplet. After i asked "do you know where we go after this life?", she just opened the door and said "Sit"
So we had a really good lesson with her, and Elder Larkin joined us too! She said she was struggling for the past week bc it was the week her brother passed away. We prepared her for opposition to hit. And it did, IN THE FORM OF A CAR HITTING HER 🚘💥👩. We prepared her well and she's still going strong 💪
This week we put 2 of our friends on date for baptism. They both are on date
for March 22nd
¤ Calvin - really cool old guy who used to run the streets. He loves when we come over becauze we are making him better. He has such a strong connection with " the man upstairs"
¤ Raymond- a Lil kookoo. A very nice guy that has had memory loss but he's getting it back but the memory he is getting is bad memories. Idrk. But he bore his testimony on Sunday and said to the congregation that he wants to get baptized and join the church. So we are gonna make it happen❗️ #makeithappenfam
We also had Zone conference this week. I finally got to see my trainer after 10 months of not seeing him. He's literally the best. I also saw my other buddies too #Reunion
Nothing else really going on. I'm getting hatian food this week❗️❗️❗️❗️ So I'm excited about that.
